Falling In Love With The Tissot T17.1.586.52 Chronograph Timepiece

From the moment I first saw the Tissot T17.1.586.52 chronograph timepiece from the PRC200 series, I was starstruck. It has everything a fine luxury chronograph sport watch needs, and it has nothing that is not needed. The overall design is nicely proportioned and well balanced, and for my eyes the T17.1.586.52 is a marvel to behold.
Framed by a beautifully formed and polished and satin finish case and round bezel, the rich black dial with three black tonal subdials provides the perfect backdrop for its silver tone, sword shaped hands and bar hour markers with massive Arabic numerals at the 12, 3, and 9 o’clock positions. These dial features are smartly accented with measured touches of sporty yellow. The dial is ringed with a fine font 60 minute scale, white stick markers, and a transit scale on the chapter ring, and at the 4 o’clock position there is a contrasting black on white date display.
Finally, the watch is finished by a polished and satin finish stainless steel bracelet with a double push-button deployment clasp, and for good measure Tissot throws in water-resistance to 200 meters. This PRC200 chronograph watch has everything just right.
